Summary: The room layout was extremely small and nothing like the photos. The room even had steps inside with no railings, which would be dangerous for elderly guests and was difficult for me with very sore legs after climbing a volcano. The washer dryer machines also did not work. We tried two rooms and the drying function failed in both. There was also no reception staff when we arrived at around 4 pm, which made check in difficult and left no way to raise concerns about the room. The listing felt like false advertising.
